Which first aid course is needed in the catering industry
The catering industry requires a minimum of Level 2 First Aid at Work; this is a requirement for all catering companies across the UK. 1 in 6 members of staff should hold a Level 3 First Aid at Work this will give one member of staff the required level of first aid knowledge to treat more serious first aid emergencies. The catering industry work across different sectors such as, buffets, weddings, sporting events, hotels and it is a health and safety requirements.
