The catering industry requires a minimum of Level 2 First Aid at Work; this is a requirement for all catering companies across the UK. 1 in 6 members of staff should hold a Level 3 First Aid at Work this will give one member of staff the required level of first aid knowledge to treat more serious first aid emergencies.
